Our vision on how a venue should be
Our concept is simple: nature has created an exceptional place, we're going to add some extra's and it's up to you to create an unforgettable experience.
Le Puy offers an serene and fully private setting where venue- organisers, retreat-experts, trainers and coaches, as well as companies, families and wedding planners, can bring their own program, vision or event to life. The estate becomes both the backdrop and the playground: from the historic buildings and terraces to the woods, meadows and sweeping panoramic views across the French countryside.
We take care of the estate and the practical organisation behind the scenes. You decide what you want to create, for whom and what you want the experience to feel like. The setting, facilities, catering, transport and the many possibilities across the estate can all be tailored to complement your program.
As you can see from the photographs, Domaine Le Puy is set among gently rolling meadows, expansive woodlands and sweeping panoramic views - France at its finest. The characterful buildings date back to 1761 and form the heart of an estate where authenticity and tranquillity come together.
We take care of the details so you can focus entirely on your program. From high-quality catering and local transport to/from Terrasson-Lavilledieu; even airport-transfers from Bergerac and Bordeaux, to exclusive use of the estate and the freedom to make use of every corner as you wish.
We can also arrange the terrace exactly as you envision it. From a relaxed outdoor lunch to an elegant setting for a special gathering.

Healthy Breakfast Table
After a restful night in one of the apartments in Terrasson, we bring you to the domaine, where a wonderful breakfast awaits.
Freshly baked bread, locally sourced fruit, granola, farmhouse yoghurt and artisanal juices are served daily, giving you the perfect start to an energising day at Domaine Le Puy.
Light Seasonal Lunch
Prepared by our catering partner or by you in our large central kitchen, with fresh salads, soups and quiches made from organic ingredients sourced from local markets and farmers.
Dinner at Long Tables
Depending on your preferences, you can choose to dine at one of the wonderful restaurants in Terrasson — or simply enjoy a great pizza. Alternatively, dinner can be served at the domaine, where you can enjoy the sunset from the terrace or dine beneath the old trees, beautifully illuminated with subtle lighting.
You are free to create the experience exactly as you wish. Prepare and serve dinner yourself and delight your guests with your own cooking, invite a private chef to create an exceptional dinner, or let one of our trusted catering partners take care of everything.
At Le Puy, you decide how you want to dine, and we take care of the rest.
Tea, Coffee & Refreshments
Enjoy unlimited organic teas, quality coffee, refreshing spring water and healthy snacks throughout the day. With refreshments readily available at the domaine, your guests can help themselves whenever they need a moment to recharge.
And given the region’s beautiful weather, ice-cold drinks are often the favourite. Why not try our refreshing fresh mint tea, made with mint picked right here on the estate?

Although Domaine Le Puy is designed to immerse you in peace & tranquillity, there are times when staying connected is useful - or simply necessary - provided it can be done quietly and without disturbing the experience.

Facilities & Services
Accommodation & Transport
Domaine Le Puy is a work in progress but it won't disturb our guests at all. In the future - depending the local licensing-process, the large barn will be transformed into a high-level accommodation building with approximately 15 rooms, each with its own private bathroom.
In the meantime, we have chosen to work with a number of selected accommodation partners in Terrasson, allowing our guests to stay comfortably nearby. Any size of group can be accommodated comfortably and yes, every apartment has a lovely view on the village, river, forrest or bridges.
Every morning and evening (and in between whenever needed) we can transport you and your guests to and from Le Puy. This allows you to enjoy the estate throughout the day without having to worry about logistics.
And for those who prefer a little more fresh air and exercise, you can also make the journey by e-bike. You certainly don't need to be a Tour de France contender, the ride is part of the experience.
Event Coordination
Our venue experts have extensive experience organising a wide range of events, from multi-day weddings and corporate events to training programmes and retreats.
Sustainable Hospitality
Wherever possible, we work with local farmers and suppliers in running the estate. We even sell local products to give you the right feeling at home when remembering your stay. Our own vegetable garden is also gradually beginning to produce fresh ingredients, making the connection between the land and what we serve our guests a particularly rewarding part of the experience.
IMPORTANT NOTE
As of 1 October 2026, we are awaiting the final approval and permits required to start the many tasks ahead. We will keep you updated through our website with new photos and information as the project progresses.
